Desteapta Cake - a sweet recipe that can be made in several variants: with raisins, fruits or simply, with powdered sugar.

10 tablespoons flour
1 l milk

Method of preparation
We separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix the yolks with the sugar, the orange peel and the slightly melted butter (you can put a little in the microwave or you can melt in the steam bath) mixing until they all become homogeneous.
Then we add the milk (which was boiled and cooled) and the 10 tablespoons of flour.
Afterwards, we pour over the composition the whipped whites of the foam mixing in composition with circular movements slightly, from top to bottom.
We lined a tray a little higher than we usually use and put the cake on the oven which was well heated before. The firing pan should be small and the tray positioned at the top of the oven.
In the first hour of baking will not walk to the oven door, after which after this time to try the cake with a toothpick and given a little more fire until it will get a golden crust.
After baking the cake is cold, refrigerated for several hours and cut into desired shape, powdered with sugar, seasoned with slightly caramelized fruit or raisins, these are added after pouring the composition into the tray, or another way that depends on your inspiration.
