1 ripe banana peeled and sliced

300 ml cold milk

100 g vanilla ice cream

5 ground almonds

5 crushed boxes

10 g old

Method of preparation

With the help of a blender mix the milk, banana, ice cream and sugar. Mix well until you get a consistent beverage. Then chill for 15 minutes.

Pour the composition into cold glasses and garnish with crushed cashews and almonds. You can also add nuts or flakes of dried bananas.

It is ideal for a hearty breakfast.
