The Opus Association, in partnership with the Romanian Peasant Museum, UNMB - the Center for Electroacoustic and Multimedia Music and the Peasant Club aims to offer Bucharest an unique oasis. At the end of this summer. between August 28 and 30, 2012 takes place the first edition of the InnerSound Festival, a new experience for the Romanian cultural space, which creates another perspective on contemporary cult music (art music) and image - be it in the form of photography, film or film. multimedia show.

"The symbol of the first edition of InnerSound is the window open to the interior, to their own creative dreams and ideas, symbol illustrated in the photography of the artist Sabina Ulubeanu, the motive of this edition," said Diana Rotaru, Artistic Co-director.

Special guests of this edition are the composer Henry Vega (Holland) with Wormsongs - a hypnotic multimedia show for voice and computer and Dublin Sound Lab (Ireland) - an ensemble of contemporary electroacoustic music, which will play harpsichord sounds at the festival.

The festival will delight its participants with:
Film Evening with live music, a premiere event in Romania, containing projects specially designed for InnerSound;

Meetings in time and space - micro-concerts, which will include music of all times and in which the audience will be spoiled by Alexandru tomescu, Laura Buruiana, Ana Chifu, Zacharias Tarpagkos, Irina Ungureanu, Tamara Dica and Maria Chifu;

The multimedia show SerpenS, performed by the SeduCant group (project supported by the National Dance Center).
The novelty of this cultural act is that all these events will be accompanied by a transitional space for the public, a bridge between the real and the imaginary world: the photo exhibition InnerSpace and the interactive audio-visual installation Inner Dust, designed by Catalin Cretu and Mihaela Kavdanska. The second project is supported by KOtKI visuals, Aiurart and Noumax.

The end of the festival will bring yet another surprise, in the form of a chess concert / game.

The price of a subscription is 15 RON, and the price of a ticket per day is 10 RON.

The tickets are available on, in the offices of the Romanian Post marked, at the Cashier's National Palace of Children Bucharest and at the Metro Station Unirii 1 Bucharest.
